About your new role
As a Document Preparation / Resourcing assistant, you will be supporting the organisation by organising documents for different projects. Your role will have variety and a typical day will involve:

  • Preparing documents
  • Removing staples
  • Stapling documents
  • Scanning documents
  • Filling and organising documents


What you will need
You will be someone who enjoys working in a busy paced environment and will also have excellent attention to detail. The ideal candidate:

  • Experience in Hospitality, Retail, Administration, Customer Service, Call Centre, Doc prep, Mail-room, Administration, Office Support or Scanning role
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Be self-motivated, with a positive attitude to work
  • High attention to detail
  • Available to work Monday to Friday
